8. Get Rid of Constipation with a Hydrogen Peroxide Enema
Enemas can be used to clear up severe constipation issues, but you may not be able to find an over-the-counter version during an emergency.
It is best not to create your own enema if you have other options, but if you find yourself in a dire situation, hydrogen peroxide can help.
Your enema mix should contain a quart of warm water (distilled is best) with 1 tablespoon of the 3% hydrogen peroxide.
