1. Garlic Mustard

Do you like spicy mustard? You can make your own by grinding up the roots of garlic mustard in the springtime!

Additionally, the leaves provide good flavoring for pesto. As an added bonus, garlic mustard used to be commonly used to treat ulcers and gangrene, which makes this plant a handy thing to have nearby when the SHTF.
