Blankets, tarps and other materials can be good for helping you remain warm, but how do you keep them close enough together to make a suitable temporary shelter?
The answer is sticks and safety pins!
The sticks will give your shelter shape, and the safety pins will allow you to connect everything together more tightly and securely.
