4. Wild Garlic
The greens from wild garlic are very tasty, and the plant tends to grow in large quantities. In other words, you can easily harvest a large selection of the leaves to add into your salads. The bulb at the bottom resembles garlic and onion, and some people like eating this portion of the plant. However, it can be very acrid, so this may be something that you would be better off avoiding. Either way, wild garlic can be found in the woods and in many yards. The garlicky smell makes it easy to find.
