Proper Follow Through
We already mentioned that proper stance fixes a lot of follow through issues.
Focus on holding perfectly still and continuing to point the barrel at the target before, during, and after the muzzle blast, obviously.
The goal the we try to keep in mind is to see the bullet strike the target with sights still placed on the target.
If you are able to do this, most of the proper follow through elements should fall in line. Of course you can fine tune your technique beyond this simplistic goal, but it serves as a constant check.
If you fire the pistol, it strikes the target where you are aiming, and you see the point of impact through your sights downrange, you’re doing it right.
