5. Canned Salmon
There are numerous types of canned fish and meat available, but salmon just might be the best overall option. Each of these cans is packed full of omega-3 fatty acids, calcium and protein.
As an added bonus, the canning process actually removes some of the unhealthy fat from the salmon, making this a leaner option that can fill you up regularly without causing you to worry about gaining a lot of weight.
