3. Wild Garlic
Wild garlic is related to chive, and the leaves of this plant can be used in a wide variety of ways such as being added to pesto, soup or salad.
The flowers themselves, along with the bulb and stems, are also edible. Some farmers choose to feed wild garlic to their cows because this gives butter a more satisfying flavor.
You can substitute wild garlic for parsley, oregano or basil while making herbed cheese. Wild garlic is known to reduce blood pressure, so this is yet another wild plant that should be part of your first aid kit.
