2. Slip Knot
This is the most commonly utilized knot. It was especially popular back in the days of American “frontier justice.”
It is used for temporarily securing items, and it is also the first knot that is tied during knitting projects.
The structure of the Slip Knot is virtually identical to the Noose Knot.
