9. Poison Hemlock
As the name suggests, you don’t want to have anything to do with poison hemlock.
Unfortunately, this plant is not going to be labeled in the wild, and it even has a deceptive appearance that can lure in unsuspecting people.
As you can tell from the nearby image, part of this plant looks like a wild carrot, which would be very enticing for someone who is starving.
However, if you eat it, the odds are very high that you will not live to see another day.
