1. Take a Dirt or Mud Bath
People usually equate a dirt bath with birds, but this is actually something that humans can do as well. You will need to find dry dirt that is very fine for this to work properly.
After you have located the correct type of dirt, you can cover yourself in the dust and allow it to stay on your skin for several minutes. Next, gently scrape and rub the dirt off of your body, and you will feel refreshed and less oily.
If your hair is greasy, you can work mud into it with your fingers. Let the mud dry until it can be easily broken up and removed with a brush.
