2. Create a Sinus Infection Spray
A sinus infection can be miserable during the best of times, so this is definitely something that you will not want to leave untreated while dealing with an apocalyptic scenario.
The good news is that you can create a simple nasal spray solution from 1 cup of non-chlorinated water and 1 tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide. If this doesn’t cut through your sinus issues, you can increase the amount of hydrogen peroxide that is utilized.
