Pit Bull With AIDS!?
Guard dogs are an excellent addition to your home’s security plan.
Although the Pit Bull didn’t make our list of Top 5 Guard Dog Breeds, the Staffordshire Terrier (a close relative) is a great guard dog as well as a great pet.
Remember: You don’t need to have an attack dog to significantly upgrade your home’s security. A watch dog, one with a nice commanding bark, will alert you to potential intruders.
No need to infect your guard dog with any incurable disease to make him more intimidating, however. That’s just plain wrong!
Now, arming your pup… we have no official position on that.
It seems risky, especially if you’re carrying treats… and your dog is on medication.
