As a first-timer hunter, you’re really not supposed to get a clear shot at big trophy buck. In reality, you shouldn’t want to, but you can’t help it.
Of course you’ll take the shot. And if you’re a longtime shooter with a dialed in scope, you’ll probably hit your mark.
But then, what if that big buck doesn’t bat an eye? So you chamber another round and let him have it again…
And, again, he doesn’t budge. All of a sudden, it starts to dawn on you. Something fishy is going on.
