But what do you do when someone has a knife to your neck?
Trying to hit the person in the eye, nose, ears (etc.) may not be available. But you can still use the save moves you have learned in this post to get the attacker off your neck and off balance so you can deliver the first injury.
Check out the clip below and see how you can get away from a knife situation by striking the throat, solar plexus, and groin…followed by a fourth strike to either the groin or solar plexus again to bring the threat to floor vomiting.
Yes, you might get a superficial cut to the neck when you perform this defense, but your body can survive that. The attacker won’t be so lucky.
