The Importance of Hydration
According to David Brownstein, M.D., one of the most common culprits for headaches and other medical conditions such as arthritis is a lack of proper hydration.
In other words, if your head has started to hurt, you should reach for a bottle of water. Keep in mind that soda, coffee and other beverages do not count as a proper source of water, even if they contain H2O.
Instead, to receive the benefits of water, it is necessary to drink approximately 64 ounces per day in addition to any non-water beverages that you consume.
