Curing Your Headache with Water
It is important to understand that drinking a glass of water is not likely to instantly cure your headache. This is especially true if you suffer from chronic headaches as a result of regularly living in a mildly dehydrated state. Instead, it will be necessary to increase your water intake to 64 ounces per day for several days in a row in order to permanently banish your dehydration headaches.
On the plus side, if you are not a chronic headache sufferer and have only recently become dehydrated, increasing your water consumption right now can quickly and dramatically reduce or even eliminate today’s issue. Therefore, whether you have your first headache in a month or your fifth in a row, increasing your water intake is definitely one of the best courses of action that you can take. This could become even more important after the SHTF because over-the-counter pain pills will no longer be easily accessible.
Even now, though, it makes more sense to drink enough water daily as opposed to simply relying on pain relievers. If you create a daily habit of drinking 64 ounces of water and stick with it for the long haul, you may even be able to ward off arthritis.
