3. Get rid of lice
This is an age old problem…. a lice outbreak at your local school, and your child/children are victims of this “curse”. Lice can be especially hard to get rid of, particularly with natural products.
But laboratory studies show that tea tree oil can kill lice in only thirty minutes, suggesting that it may be an effective natural alternative to conventional lice treatment.
a) Try mixing a few drops of tea tree oil with a few drops of lavender oil and adding it to a small amount of mild shampoo. Lather into the scalp, leave on for thirty minutes, rinse, and repeat as necessary.
Be sure to follow other lice treatment strategies, including using a lice comb and thoroughly cleaning your home and clothing.
