5. Use Herb Butter to Enhance Venison Burgers

Many deer hunters like to make venison burgers, but these have the tendency to become dry very quickly due to their lean meat content. Instead of dealing with dry meat, you can flavor your patties and make them moister at the same time with a pat of herb butter. All you need to do is put the butter on top of the middle of each burger before you begin cooking them, and the results will be tasty and juicy.
