1. Use an Eggshell to Stop the Bleeding

If you have a smaller wound that is continuously bleeding, you can take the membrane of an eggshell to temporarily stop the flow of blood. This works due to the membrane hardening and closing off the blood, at least for a short period of time.

Make sure to apply pressure to the membrane once it has been placed on top of the wound. This is a good trick for containable wounds when you cannot immediately get medical attention, and it might be good enough to enable you to avoid the doctor’s office altogether.
