Flint 6

The Most Reliable Filter is YOU

Ultimately, the only way to keep your family safe from potentially toxic water is to take the process of testing and filtering it into your own hands. It is possible that the water coming out of your tap is completely safe, but you will never know for certain until you begin testing it on a regular basis.

Please note that extremely elevated lead levels such as those found in Flint make it harmful to drink, cook or bathe with the contaminated water. If you are unable to filter all of your water and have some known contaminants present, it is best to always use cold tap water for all of your needs. Water that comes from the hot faucet will have higher TDS levels, so be sure to avoid cooking with hot tap water at all times.
