The technique of making homemade butter has come a long way since your grandma toiled away at the butter churn to provide this useful staple for the homestead. This article is a guide that will demonstrate how to make it with modern electrical appliances– and will also discuss two ways to make it in the case of an emergency where you may lose power for an extended period of time.

And you don’t have to have access to a farm with goats or cows and endless amounts of time on your hands to make your own butter, and this method of making it is easy to do if you have electricity and some kitchen utensils and common kitchen equipment.
