Materials
First things first, gather up all of the necessary items and take inventory.
Because this project requires relatively few “moving parts,” if you will, a trip to the hardware store is typically not necessary.
NOTE: One of these 4 gallon buckets will be modified for this project and won’t be useful for carrying liquids ever again.
– Two 5-gallon buckets
– Waste paper/junk mail
– Electric drill (preferably not cordless)
– A 3/16″ drill bit
– Concrete mixer bit/shredder bit
– Water
